| 摘 要： | 目的：观察复方苦参搽剂联合氯雷他定糖浆治疗小儿湿疹的临床疗效。方法：将126例湿疹患儿随机分为A、B、C三组。A组34例,单用复方苦参搽剂治疗;B组32例,单用氯雷他定糖浆治疗;C组60例,给予复方苦参搽剂联合氯雷他定糖浆治疗。结果：A、B、C三组总有效率分别为52.9%、71.9%、91.7%,C组与A、B组比较,差异有显著性（P〈0.05）。结论：复方苦参搽剂联合氯雷他定糖浆治疗小儿湿疹疗效好,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effect of matrine liniment combined with loratadine syrup in the treatment for children with eczema. Methods: A total of 126 children with eczema were randomly divided into A,B and C groups in which C group(60 patients) were received matrine liniment combined with loratadine syrup and A group (34 patients) were received only matrine liniment and B group (32 patients) were received only loratadine syrup.
