眼部碱烧伤103例临床分析

摘    要:目的:了解眼部碱烧伤的预后以及致残、致盲情况。方法:对103例(129眼)眼部碱烧伤的患者进行回顾性分析,分析不同眼部烧伤程度的预后和视力损伤情况。结果:治疗后Ⅰ度眼烧伤29眼,无致残情况发生;Ⅱ度眼烧伤43眼,视力〈0.3者有5眼,无视力〈0.05者,致残率11.6%;Ⅲ度眼烧伤38眼,视力〈0.3者有23眼,视力〈0.05者有15眼,致残率60.5%,致盲率39.5%;Ⅳ度眼烧伤19眼,视力〈0.3者有15眼,视力〈0.05者有13眼,致残率78.9%,致盲率68.4%。结论:眼部碱烧伤的程度越重,致残率及致盲率越高。使经常接触碱性物质的工作人员提高对碱烧伤的认识,积极做好防护工作,以避免碱烧伤的发生。若发生碱烧伤后立即应用所掌握的急救知识进行自救及互救。

Clinical Ananlysis of 103 Cases of Ocular Alkali Burn

Abstract:Objective :To investigate the prognosis, disability and blindness rate of ocular alkali burn. Methods:One hundred and three patients ( 129 eyes) with alkali burn injury of the eyes were analyzed retrospectively. The prognosis and damage of vision with differ- ent degree of eyeburn were analyzed statistically. Results :There was no disability in 29 eyes with Ⅰ degree eyeburn. Among 43 eyes with Ⅱ degree eyeburn, there were 5 eyes with the visual acuity less than 0.3 and no eye with that less than 0.05. The disability rate was 11. 6%. Among 38 eyes with Ⅲ degree eyeburn, there were 23 eyes with the visual acuity less than 0.3 and 15 eyes with that less than 0.05. The disability rate was 60.5% and the blindness rate was 39.5%. Among 19 eyes with Ⅳ degree eyeburn, there were 15 eyes with the visual acuity less than 0.3 and 13 eyes with that less than 0.05. The disability rate was 78.9% and the blindness rate was 68.4%. Con- clusion:More severe ocular burn degree, disability and blindness rate was high. Make frequent contact with alkaline substances staff awareness of alkali bum, active prevention, to avoid the occurrence of alkali burn. In case of alkali burn should do immediately after the application of first aid knowledge of self - rescue and mutual rescue.
