| 摘 要： | 目的:观察乌司他丁对食管癌患者术后并发症的预防作用。方法:选择食管癌患者60例,随机分为对照组和乌司他丁治疗组。乌司他丁组在术前3天至术后3天,每天给予乌司他丁20万U,观察术后并发症的发生率、ICU时间以及住院时间等指标。结果:乌司他丁组术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,以肺部并发症最有意义(P<0.05),且ICU留置时间明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对食管癌患者应用乌斯他丁,能明显减少术后并发症,而且缩短ICU留置时间,值得临床推广应用。 |
