| 摘 要： | 报告1例橄揽体桥小脑萎缩患者。临床表现为进行性共济失调、言语障碍、眼球协同运动障碍及智能减退。经CT检查证实大脑皮质及小脑萎缩。结合文献复习对橄榄桥小脑萎缩的临床特点,病理特征进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | One case of olivopontocerellar atrophy was reported in this article. The clinical symptoms are advanced ataxia, dysphasia, ocular coordinate motor disorderder and intellectual deterioration, cerebral cortex and cerebellar atrophy have proved by CT. With literatures reviewed, clinical symptoms and pathology characteristics olivopontocerebellar atrophy were discussed. |
