| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨高压氧治疗周围神经损伤的疗效。方法 回顾性分析外科常规清创与缝合神经 ,然后使用高压氧治疗 60例周围神经损伤患者。结果 患者经高压氧治疗后治愈率达 75 % ( 4 5例 ) ;总有效率 90 %。结论 高压氧治疗可明显提高周围神经损伤的治愈率。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of hyperbaric-oxygen(HBO) on peripheral never injury. Methods The clinical date of 60 patients with peripheral never injury were analyzed retrospectively. All patients were treated with surgical debridement and suturing the nerve, then treated with HBO therapy. Results The cure rate of the patients who treated with HBO was 75% (45 cases), and the effective rate was 90% (54cases). Conclusions HBO therapy can remarkally increases the cure rate of peripheral nerve injury. |
