孕妇糖尿病对妊娠结局的影响

目的　探讨孕妇糖尿病对妊娠结局的影响及控制糖尿病的意义。方法　搜集 74例临床确诊的糖尿病孕妇 ,观察其妊娠结局情况和糖尿病控制好坏对其的影响 ,并与同年同月分娩的年龄相同的非糖尿病产妇对照。结果　病例组既往不良生育史、中重度妊娠高血压综合征 (简称妊高征 )、胎膜早破、羊水过多、巨大儿、手术产、早产和低体重儿的发生率均较对照组为高 ,其差异有显著性意义。糖尿病控制良好者 ,中重度妊高征、胎膜早破、胎儿宫内窘迫、巨大儿、早产和低体重儿的发生率低于控制不良者。结论　孕妇糖尿病对妊娠结局可产生严重的影响 ,及时有效地控制糖尿病对改善妊娠结局具有重要意义。

Diabetes mellitus in pregnancy affecting the gestational result

Objective To study the effects of diabetes mellitus in pregnancy on perinatal outcome and the significance of clinical control of the disease.Methods A case control study of 74 pregnant women with diabetes mellitus was performed.The perinatal outcome and significance of clinical control of the disease were investigated.Results The percentages of bad childbearing history,moderate or severe pregnant hypertension,premature rupture of membrane,polyhydramnios,operational delivery,macrosomia,prematurity,and low birth weight infants in case group were significantly higher than that in control group.In the case group,the well managed patients with diabetes mellitus had a better perinatal outcome compared with the poor managed patients.Conclusions Diabetes mellitus in pregnancy may cause severe problems to both mother and infant.Proper treatment of the disease is of great value to improve the perinatal outcome.
