| 摘 要： | 目的观察胰岛素联合格列美脲治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法选择确诊为2型糖尿病患者120例，随机分为观察组和对照组各60例，观察组采用胰岛素联合格列美脲治疗，治疗组单用格列美脲治疗，治疗12周后观察两组空腹血糖（FBG）、餐后2h血糖（2hBG）、糖化血红蛋（HbAlc）、体重指数（BMI）等指标。结果治疗12周后，观察组空腹血糖（FBG）、餐后2h血糖（2hBG）、糖化血红蛋白（HbAlc）均明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论甘精胰岛素联合格列美脲治疗2型糖尿病临床疗效良好，值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of insulin with Glimepiride in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 120 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 60 cases in each. 60 patients in observation group were treated with insulin combined with Glimepiride. however,the other 60 patients in control group were treated with Glimepiride, with a treatment course of 12 weeks for both groups, The plasma levels of fast blood glucose （FBG）,blood glucose of post prandial 2 hours （2hBG）,glycosylated hemoglobin （HbAlc）,body mass index （BMI）. Results After 12-week treatment,the FBG,2 hBG,HbAlc of observation group were lower than control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of insulin combined with Glimepiride to type 2 diabetes is good and worthy to be popularized. |
