| 摘 要： | 目的：研究瓦勒变性期修复神经损伤的效果。方法：２０只ＳＤ大鼠均分为两组，切断右侧坐骨神经，Ａ组在神经损伤后两周修复，Ｂ组在神经损伤时就修复。术后３个对比两组再生神经的功能，电生理和形态学指标。结果：Ａ组大鼠再生神经的功能，电生理和形态学指标与Ｂ组比较差异有显著性。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the repairing effects of peripheral nerve injury in Wallerian degeneration.Methods:20 SD adult rats were averagely divided into two groups.The right sciatic nerves of all rats were cut off.The injured nerves were repaired in two weeks in group A and at the same time of the injury in group B.Using functional index,electrophysiologic examination and histological morphometric examination to evaluate the nerve regeration results of two groups after the 3 months of the operation.Results:The results of 3 evaluating methods of group A are superior to that of group B (p<0.01).Conclusions:The effects of repairing peripheral nerve injury in wallerian. |
