| 摘 要： | 目的 观察温针对疼痛性膝骨性关节炎的镇痛效果.方法 将60例患者随机分为2组治疗组(温针)30例;对照组(中频)30例.比较2组的镇痛效果.结果 经10 d治疗,总有效率治疗组为90.00%,对照组为85.71%,治疗组优于对照组(P＜0.05);疼痛评分比较,治疗组优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 温针对疼痛性膝骨性关节炎有更好的镇痛作用. |
