儿童横纹肌肉瘤中p16蛋白的表达及其意义

目的：探讨横纹肌肉瘤（RMS）中p16蛋白表达及其与RMS的发生、浸润和转移的关系。方法：应用免疫组化方法检测30例RMS病人中p16蛋白的表达情况，结果：30例RMS中P16蛋白表达异常为26例，正常表达4例，与正常组比较，有非常显著性差异（P＝0．0001）。在21例P16蛋白阳性的病例中，有5例发生转移，而在P16蛋白阴性的9例中有7例发生转移，两组之间有显著性差异（P＝0．0125），p16蛋白在胚胎性RMS（ERMS）和腺泡状RMS（ARMS）中的表达无显著性差异（P＝1．000）。结论：（1）p16蛋白的异常表达与RMS的发生密切相关。（2）P12蛋白 的表达缺失与RMS的广泛浸润和转移有关；（3）p16蛋白在不同类型RMS中的表达无明显差异。

The Significance of p16 Protein Expression in Children Rhabdomyosarcoma

Objective:To investigate p16protein expression in children rhabdomyosarcoma(RMS)and the relationship of the expression and etiology,invasion,or metastasis.Methods:Thirty cases of RMS were studied for p16protein expression with immunohistochemical method.Results:The abnormal expression of p16protein occurred in26cases,and the normal expression of p16in4cases.The abnormal expression in RMS group was significantly higher than that in control group(P=0.0001).Metastasis occurred in5cases of21patients who had positive expression of p16,5,and in7cases of9patients with negative expression of p16,7(P=0.0125).Conclusion:(1)The abnormality of p16is highly related to the pathogenesis of RMS.(2)Loss of p16has relation to invasion or metastasis.(3)The abnormal expression of p16is not related to pathological type.
