针刺配合康复训练治疗脑卒中偏瘫疗效观察

目的观察针刺配合康复训练治疗脑卒中偏瘫患者运动功能障碍的疗效。方法将50例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组25例。治疗组采用针刺配合康复训练治疗,对照组采用常规药物治疗。2个月后以简化的Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分进行疗效分析比较。结果治疗组经治疗后Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表评分优于对照组（P〈0.01）。治疗组总有效率为88.0%,对照组为44.0%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论针刺配合康复训练可明显提高脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体运动功能,改善患者生活质量。

Observations on the Therapeutic Effect of Acupuncture plus Rehabilitation on Hemiplegic Stroke

Objective To investigate the efficacy of acupuncture plus rehabilitation training in treating limb dyskinesia in hemiplegic stroke patients.Methods Fifty hemiplegic stroke patients were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups,25 cases each.The treatment group received acupuncture plus rehabilitation training and the control group,routine medication.The therapeutic effects were evaluated and compared using the simplified Fugl-Meyer Motor Scale after 2 months.Results The Fugl-Meyer Motor Scale score was significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group after treatment（P〈0.01）.The total efficacy rate was 88.0% in the treatment group and 44.0% in the control group;there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Acupuncture plus rehabilitation training can evidently improve limb motor function and quality of life in hemiplegic stroke patients.
