| 摘 要： | 对城乡社区４７万人群５年中２０新发精神分裂症患者的发病危险因素进行了１：２病例对照研究。结果发现，精神分裂症的发病与阳性家族史、家庭和睦程度、生活事件、社会情感和经济支持、家庭结构类型和婚姻状况等诸多因素有关。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To study risk factors in new cases of schizophrenia in the community. Method: This isa prospective controlled study of 204 new cases of schizophrenia out of a population of 470, 000 within 5years. Results: 1: 2 ratio logistic multiple stepwise analysis showed that onset of schizophrenia was re-lated to positive family history, family disharmony, life events, soical and economic support and maritalstatus, among others. Discussion: Biological factors are the main risk factors of schizophrenia, whilepsychosocial factors are precipitating factors. |
