摘    要:目的通过中药品种保护制度的保护和激励机制,引导中药行业实现中药材资源的可持续利用。方法整理中药材资源可持续利用的相关建议及对策,并初步理清将其融入中药品种保护管理工作的思路。结果通过加强中药品种保护在中药材资源方面的工作,初步实现一定范围内的中药材资源可持续利用。结论本研究为中药材资源可持续利用相关政策法规的制定提供实践经验。

Abstract:Objective To guide the industry of traditional Chinese medicine to implement sustainable utilization of Chinese crude drug resources through protective and incentive mechanism of protection system for certain traditional Chinese medicine preparations.Methods Review of related recommendation and countermeasure on sustainable utilization of Chinese crude drug resources,and primarily making clear the way of merging into the management on protection of certain traditional Chinese medicine preparations.Results Implementing primarily the sustainable utilization of Chinese crude drug resources within certain ranges,and providing practical experience for the formulation of related policy and regulation on sustainable utilization of Chinese crude drug resources.Conclusion while strengthening the effort of protection of certain traditional Chinese medicine preparations with regard to Chinese crude drug resources.
