腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠146例临床分析

目的探讨腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析146例异位妊娠患者的临床资料,分别实施腹腔镜下输卵管切除或部分切除术、输卵管开窗取胚术、输卵管妊娠物挤出术、输卵管简质部切除术。同时对合并盆腔炎性疾病者行粘连松解术、浆膜下子宫肌瘤行肌瘤切除术、对侧输卵管伞部成形术等。结果 146例患者均在腹腔镜下成功完成手术,无一例中转开腹,无持续性异位妊娠发生。结论腹腔镜治疗异位妊娠具有创伤小、疼痛轻、恢复快、并发症少、住院时间短等优点,腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠优于开腹手术。

Clinical analysis on 146 cases of laparoscopic surgery for ectopic pregnancy

Objective To investigate the clinical value of laparoscopic treatment for ectopic pregnancy.Methods Retrospectively analysed the clinical data of 146 cases with different surgery for ectopic pregnancy,laparoscopic tubal resection or partial resection,tubal embryo window to take surgery,tubal pregnancy squeeze out of surgery,tubal resection simple quality department.While the combined pelvic inflammatory disease underwent adhesion lysis,subserosal uterine fibroids myomectomy,contralateral tubal fimbria angioplasty and so on.Results All of the 146 cases were successfully completed the laparoscopic surgery and none were converted to laparotomy,no persistent ectopic pregnancy.Conclusion Laparoscopic treatment for ectopic pregnancy with less trauma and pain,faster recovery,fewer complications,shorter hospital stay,etc,so laparoscopic treatment for ectopic pregnancy is better than laparotomy.
