水蛭注射液对急性脑梗死患者血液流变学、SOD的影响及临床疗效观察

目的 :观察水蛭注射液对急性脑梗死的治疗作用。方法 :1 75例患者分为两组 ,治疗组 90例用水蛭注射液 4ml加入 5 %葡萄糖注射液或生理盐水 2 5 0ml中静脉滴注 ,对照组 85例以低分子右旋糖酐 5 0 0ml静脉滴注。观察治疗前后血液流变学及血清超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)指标的变化及临床疗效。结果 :总有效率治疗组 82 .2 2 % ,对照组 60 % ,两组有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;治疗组血液流变学异常增高值下降 ,与治疗前比较 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,全血粘度高切值、全血粘度低切值两组治疗后比较 ,有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;治疗组血清SOD活性升高 ,与治疗前比较有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,与对照组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :水蛭注射液可能通过改善血液流变学 ,增强SOD活性对急性脑梗死起治疗作用

Clinical Observation of Effect and Influence of Shuizhi Injection on Blood Rheology and SOD in Acute Cerebral Thrombosis

Purpose:To observe the therapeutic effect of Shuizhi Injection on acute cerebral thrombosis. Methods:175 cases were randomly divided into two groups. While 90 cases in the treatment group were given intravenous drip with 4 ml Shuizhi Injection mixed with 5% glucose injection or 25 ml physiological saline,85 cases in the control group were treated with intravenous drip of 50ml low molecular dextran.The blood rheology and superoxide dismutase(SOD)were determined before and after the treatment. Results:The total effective rate amounted to82.22% in the treatment group and 60% in the control group with a significant difference shown between the two groups (P< 0.05 ). The abnormal high value of blood rheology in the treatment group was reduced with a significant difference when compared with that before the treatment (P<0.05). The serum SOD activity in the treatment group increased with a remarkable difference when compared with that before the treatment (P<0.01) and when compared with that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions:Shuizhi Injection can promots SOD activity and produce a good therapeutic effect in treating cerebral thrombosis by improving blood rheology and SOD activity.
