摘    要:
目的探讨SysmexXS-1000i全自动血液分析仪分析血小板的性能并作评价。方法对SysmexXS-1000i分析血小板的精密度、线性范围和携带污染率进行测定,再对SysmexXS-1000i测定的80例住院患者血标本的血小板结果与显微镜计数结果进行相关性分析。结果SysmexXS-1000i全自动血液分析仪分析血小板的精密度、线性范围和携带污染率均在允许范围内;SysmexXS-1000i分析血小板结果与显微镜计数结果相关性良好(r=0.9832,P〈0.01)。结论SysmexXS-1000i血液分析仪分析血小板的性能良好。具有准确度高、重复性好、检测速度快和简便快捷等优点,是常规实验室测定血小板的较理想仪器。

Abstract:
Objective To discuss and evaluate the performance of Sysmex XS-1000i automated hematology an- alyzer in measuring blood platelet. Methods The precision,linear range and carry over rate of Sysmex XS--1000i automated hematology analyzer in measuring blood platelet were investigated, and correlation analysis was performed on blood platelet counts measured with Sysmex XS-IO00i automated hematology analyzer and with microscopy in blood samples from 80 inpatients. Results The precision, linear range and carry over rate of Sysmex XS-1000i automated hematology analyzer in measuring blood platelet were all in the allowable range. There was significant correlation in the results between two methods; the correlation coefficient was 0. 983 2 (P〈0.01). Conclusion Blood platelet count by Sysmex XS-1000i autornated hematology analyzer is rapid, convenient and accurate, suitable for blood platelet count in the clinical laboratory.
