直肠充盈状态对膀胱灌注感觉功能影响的研究

目的：研究直肠充盈状态对膀胱灌注感觉功能的影响。方法：12例健康志愿者分别处于直肠空虚状态和直肠充盈状态，连续行膀胱灌注测压（CMG）两次，记录不同直肠状态下的初始膀胱感觉、初始尿意感觉、急迫尿意感觉阈值。同时记录在各膀胱感觉阈值出现时的膀胱压。结果：直肠充盈状态对膀胱顺应性没有明显影响。对比直肠空虚状态下，当直肠充盈时，初始膀胱感觉、初始尿意感觉和急迫尿意感觉阈值显著性降低。结论：直肠和膀胱之间可能存在一种神经反射通路，导致直肠充盈状态可以明显影响膀胱灌注感觉阈值。在行CMG检测前，应先检查直肠是否处于充盈状态，以免影响膀胱感觉阈值测定。

The study of the influences of rectal fullness on the bladder filling sensations
