| 摘 要： | 目的:对中药散剂热敷治疗粘连性肩关节囊炎进行临床观察研究。方法:80例粘连性肩关节囊炎患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组。中药散剂患处热敷方案为治疗组;西药注射肩髃穴封闭方案为对照组。观察临床症状指标,并进行统计学分析。结果:治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:中药散剂热敷治疗粘连性肩关节囊炎,临床症状各项指标均获得良好改善。

| Abstract: | Objective：To study the treatment of adhesive capsulitis with hot compress traditional chinese medicine powder. Methods：80 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, and treatment group patients were cured with hot compress traditional chinese medicine powder,and control group with western medicine dosed injected in shoulder Yu Xue. The clinical symptoms of indicators were observed, and the data were analyzed statistically. Results ：The treatment group was more effective than the control group. Conclusion：The treatment of adhesive eapsulitis with hot compress traditional chinese medicine powder is effective, and the clinical symptoms could be improved. |
