卡孕栓用于剖宫产术后的临床观察

目的:观察卡孕栓(卡前列甲酯栓)在剖宫产术后对预防产后出血和减少术后排气时间的效果。方法:将623例剖宫产产妇分为2组,分别为直肠用卡孕栓组和静脉滴注缩宫素组,均于剖宫产术后立即用药,比较2组剖宫产术后产后出血发生率、术后2h及2～36h出血量和术后排气时间。结果:卡孕栓组术后2h出血量和产后出血发生率明显少于缩宫素组(P<0.05),而术后2～36h出血量两组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。术后肛门恢复排气时间卡孕栓组明显短于缩宫素组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:卡孕栓能明显减少剖宫产术后出血及产后出血发生率,并且可以缩短术后恢复排气时间。

Clinical Study the Effect of Methyl Carprost Suppository after Cesarean Section

Objective:To observe the effects of methyl carboprost suppository on reduction of postpartum bleeding and the time of anal exhaust after cesarean section.Methods:Altogether 623 pregnancy women accepted cesarean delivery were randomly divided into two groups:the group of taking carboprost suppository anally,and the other group of injecting oxytocin intravenously.The medicine was taken immediately after cesarean section and the amount of bleeding during operation,2 hours after operation and 2~36 hours after operation and the time of anal exhaust was compared respectively.Results:2 hours after operation the hemorrhage quantity of the carboprost suppository group was reduced significantly and the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage was significantly less and the time of anal exhaust was significantly shorter than the group injected oxytocin(P<0.05).While the difference of the hemorrhage quantity between the two groups is not significant in 2~36 hours after the operation(P>0.05).Conclusion:Taking carboprost suppository can significantly reduce hemorrhage and the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean delivery and short the time of anal exhaust.
