血型血清学诊断ABO新生儿溶血病的实验研究

摘    要:
目的:了解文山地区母婴ABO血型不合的新生儿溶血病的发病率,为该病的预防、辅助诊断和治疗提供可靠的依据。方法:对文山城区4家医院送检的临床疑似为新生儿溶血病的血液标本进行血型鉴定及三项试验。结果:262例新生儿ABO溶血病血清学检测中,直接抗人球蛋白试验阳性者16例,占6.11%(16/262),游离抗体试验阳性者77例,占29.39%(77/262),抗体释放试验阳性者101例,占38.55%(101/262)。101例阳性结果中A型患儿52例(51.49%),B型患儿49例(48.51%)。结论:血清学三项试验是诊断ABO新生儿溶血病的准确方法,其中抗体释放试验敏感度最高,是判定新生儿溶血病最有力的证据。对ABO新生儿溶血病的早期诊断、评估疾病程度、选择治疗方案等有其特殊的指导意义。

Serological Diagnosis Experimental Study on ABO Hemolytic Disease of the Newborn

Abstract:
Objective:To understand Wenshan mother-infant ABO hemolytic disease of the newborn morbidity.Methods:The four hospitals of Wenshan city for clinical suspected hemolytic disease of the newborn blood specimens for blood type identification and three experiments.Results:In 262 patients with ABO hemolytic disease of the newborn in serological testing,direct antiglobulin test was positive in 16 cases,accounting for 6.11%(16/262),free antibody test was positive in 77 cases,accounting for 29.39%(77/262),antibody release test was positive in 101 cases,accounting for 38.55%(101/262).In 101 patients with positive results in 52 cases of children with type A(51.49%),in 49 cases of type B(48.51%).Conclusion:Three serological test is ABO hemolysis disease diagnosis newborn method of accurately,of which antibody release test highest sensitivity,judge newborn hemolysis disease is the most powerful evidence.On ABO hemolytic disease of the newborn in early diagnosis,assessment of disease severity,treatment options and has its special significance.
