经胸超声心动图和十二导同步心电图诊断心脏增大的对比分析

目的:探讨经胸超声心动图和十二导同步心电图在诊断心腔增大中的诊断价值。方法:回顾分析115例心腔增大患者的超声心动图和十二导同步心电图检查结果,比较经胸超声心动图和十二导同步心电图对心脏腔室增大诊断中的准确性。结果:经胸超声心动图在心腔增大的诊断中,准确性明显高于十二导同步心电图。结论:经胸超声心动图和十二导同步心电图在心腔增大的诊断中均具有重要价值,二者各有其优势,临床医生应进一步了解两种检查方法的优缺点,结合两种诊断方法而做出全面、准确的临床诊断。

Transthoracic Echocardiography and Comparative Analysis of the Diagnostic 12-lead Synchronous ECG Heart Grow

Objective:By transthoracic echocardiography and 12-lead synchronous ECG in diagnosis of heart increase the diagnosis.Methods:Retrospective analysis of 115 cases of patients with cardiac cavity increases 12-lead synchronous ECG and echocardiography examination,comparison of transthoracic echocardiography and 12-lead synchronous ECG in cardiac chamber increased accuracy of diagnosis.Results:Transthoracic echocardiography diagnosis of increased cavities,accuracy significantly higher 12-lead synchronized ECG.Conclusion:Transthoracic echocardiography and heart cavity 12-lead synchronous ECG diagnosis increases are of great value,both have their advantages,clinicians should learn more about the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods of checking,with two diagnostic methods and make a full,accurate clinical diagnosis.
