血清降钙素原水平检测在感染性疾病诊断中的价值

目的探讨血清降钙素原(PCT)测定在细菌感染性疾病的诊断及鉴别诊断中的意义。方法采用胶体金测定法对40例细菌感染者组(18例重症感染,22例一般感染)和30例病毒感染者(病毒感染组)分别进行PCT检测,同时与30例健康对照者(对照组)进行PCT水平比较。结果以0.5μg/L为阳性阈值,细菌感染组PCT阳性率为92.5%(37/40),病毒感染组PCT阳性率为13.3%(4/30),两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。重症感染组、一般感染组及对照组PCT水平分级间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论血清PCT水平检测可用于细菌感染性疾病的诊断及其与病毒感染性疾病的鉴别诊断,且PCT水平对判断病情轻重及患者预后有很好的价值。

Diagnosis Value of Detection Level of Serum Procalcitionia in Acute Infections Disease

Objective To investigate the diagnosis value of procalcitionin(PCT)in patients with acute infectious disease.Methods By colloidal gold assay,40 cases of bacterial infection group(18 cases of severe infection,22 cases of general infection)and 30 cases of virus infection(HIV infection)were detected for PCT,while were compared with 30 healthy controls(control group).Results PCT levels ≥0.5μg/L was taken as diagnostic standard and the positive rate was 92.50%in bacterial infection group and 13.33%in viral infection group and there were statistic significance(P<0.01).The PCT of severe infection,average infection,healthy control were statistically significant differences(P<0.01).Conclusion Detection of serum PCT levels can be used for the diagnosis of bacterial infections and viral infectious diseases,and PCT levels on the assessment of the severity and prognosis of patients had a good value.
