| 摘 要： | 通过探讨中医思志理论的内涵,思与虑、思与意的关系和异同,思志的特性,从饮食、睡眠、运动分析思志与生命活动的关系,提出思志与生命活动密切相关,是因为脾为后天之本,气血化生之源,主气机之枢。

| Abstract: | By discussing the connotation、characteristics of thoughts theory and relationship、similarities between thoughts and thoughtfulness、idea in traditional Chinese medicine,analyze the relaotionship between thoughts theory and life activities through diet、movement and sleep.Article also puts forward that thoughts theory is closely related to life activities,because spleen is the origin of the acquired constitution,is the source of growth and development,be in charge of qi movement. |
