6个主产区柴胡药材中重金属的含量测定

目的:测定6个主产地柴胡药材中5种重金属含量,为柴胡药材的质量控制提供更多的依据。方法:实验采用《食品卫生检验方法》(GB/T5009-2003)项下国标进行含量测定;采用《药用植物及制剂进出口绿色行业标准》(2001)进行评价。结果:方法学考察结果符合国家外经贸部相关的要求;不同产地柴胡中重金属含量均显著低于国家标准。结论:该测定方法简便,可靠,6个主产区柴胡中均含有一定量的有害重金属但含量未超标。

Determination of Heavy Metals of Bupleurum Chinenes DC. in Six Batches

Objective：The contents of the heavy metals of Bupleurum chinenes DC. in Six main provinces are determined to provide more basis for the quality control of Bupleurum chinenes DC. Methods：The heavy metals of Bupleurum chinenes DC. （ ar-senic,cadmium,copper,lead,mercury） are determined by The Test Methods of Food Sanitation（ GB/T5009-2003）. With reference to The Professional Import and Export Stands for Medicinal Herbs and Preparations（ 2001） ,results of measurements are Evaluated. Results：The results of methodological experiment accord with the national revelant standards. The heavy metal contents of Bupleurum chinenes DC. from different habitats are all significantly lower than the national standards. Conclusion：These methods are simple and the results are reliable. There are a few heavy metal elements in Bupleurum chinenes DC. ,but the heavy metal Content is not over standard.
