靳三针结合康复治疗缺血性脑卒中后痉挛瘫的临床研究

目的:探讨靳三针结合康复治疗对中风后痉挛瘫患者偏瘫肢体肌力、肌张力及运动功能的影响。方法:采用随机分组方法将77例分为康复组33例,靳三针加康复组34例,在药物对症治疗基础上,分别应用康复治疗、靳三针针刺加康复治疗,治疗前后评定患者肌力、肌张力,以及用Fugl-Meyer评分评定两组患者偏瘫肢体运动功能。结果:治疗前后两组患者上、下肢肌力较前均有明显改善,靳三针加康复组对上肢肌力的改善优于康复组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05),两组肌张力总有效率相比差异有统计学意义(P0.05),两组经治疗后Fugl-Meyer值比较有统计学差异(P0.05)。结论:靳三针加康复组及康复组均能改善痉挛瘫患者肌力﹑肢体肌张力和运动功能评分,靳三针能提高康复对上肢肌力﹑肢体肌张力和运动功能障碍的改善。

Effect of Jinsanzhen therapy combined with rehabilitation training for treatment of post-stroke spasticity

Objective：To assess the effect of Jinsanzhen therapy combined with rehabilitation training for the treatment of poststroke spasticity with muscle power ？？muscular tension and Fugl-Meyer assessment. Methods：seventy-seven patients were randomized into two groups：Rehabilitation group （ 33cases） ？？Jinsanzhen and rehabilitation group （ 34cases） ,The degree of post-stroke spasticity were assessed with muscle power ？？muscular tension and Fugl-Meyer assessment（ FMA） before and after treatment. Results：There were significant difference in the muscle power and FMA in two groups between at before and after treatment（ P 0. 05）. After treatment,there were significant difference in the muscle power and Fugl-Meyer assessment upper limb ,the muscular tension ,the FMA values between the Jinsanzhen therapy combined with rehabilitation group and rehabilitation group （ P 0. 05）. Conclusion：Jinsanzhen therapy combined with rehabilitation training for the treatment of post-stroke spasticity with muscle power ？？muscular tension and Fugl-Meyer assessment has a difinite therapeutic effect. Jinsanzhen therapy will improve the therapeutic effect of rehabilitation training on post-stroke spasticity.
