复发转移性乳腺癌血脂代谢变化的临床研究

摘    要:目的:探讨血脂代谢变化与乳腺癌预后转归之间的关系。方法:通过分别调查复发转移性受体双阴乳腺癌病人手术前、巩固期(术后1年)、复发转移期3个时段的血脂,输入数据库,进行统计学分析,结果:3个时段的甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白、载脂蛋白A、载脂蛋白B 4项血脂数据两两比较差异均有统计学意义;手术前胆固醇与巩固期胆固醇数据差异无统计学意义,但手术前与复发转移后及巩固期与复发转移后差异均具有统计学意义。3个时段的高密度脂蛋白之间差异均无统计学意义。结论:受体双阴性乳腺癌复发转移病人该5项血脂在病情进展的过程中是逐渐升高的。血脂水平是乳腺癌复发转移次要的实验室指标。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the relationship of blood lipid Metabolism and recrudescence and metastasis of breast cancer.Methods:Researching blood lipid of ER negative and PR negative breast cancer in preoperative,consolidate period(afteroperation 1 year)and recrudescence and metastasis period,and do statistics analyze.Results:The difference of TG,LDL-C,Apo-A,Apo-B have statistical significance in three periods,The difference of preoperative TC and consolidate period TC has no statistical significance,but The difference of preoperative TC and recrudescence and metastasis period TC,consolidate period TC and recrudescence and metastasis period TC have statistical significance.The difference of HDL-C in three periods have no statistical significance.Conclusions:TG,LDL-C,Apo-A,Apo-B and TC of recrudescence and metastasis of breast cancer are gradual advance with pathogenetic condition progression.blood lipid level is subcardinal laboratories manifest in recrudescence and metastasis of breast cancer.
