妊高征患者血清钙水平及补钙后平均动脉压变化分析

目的:探讨血清钙水平与妊高征发病的相关性及钙剂治疗妊高征的降压效果。方法:采用原子吸收光谱法测定2001年6月~2005年3月高邮城区及周边确诊的58例妊高征患者及82例正常妊娠妇女的血清钙水平以及测定妊高征患者补钙前后的平均动脉压〔1〕。结果:妊高征组患者血清钙水平下降,与正常妊娠组比较有显著差异(P<0.05);补钙后平均动脉压明显下降,与补钙前比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:低血钙可能为妊高征的病因之一。

Analysis of the Serum Calcium Level of the Patients With Gestational Hytertension and Change of the Average Blood Pressure of Artery after Complementing Calcium

Objective:Explore the relationship between the calcium content of serum and gestational hypertension as well as how the calcium tonic affects gestational hypertension.Methods:Adopt atomic absorption spectrometry to test the calcium content of serum of 58 women with gestational hypertension and the 82 normal gestation women around the Gaoyou city from June 2001 to March 2005,also test the average of the gestation women's artery blood pressures before or after taking calcium tonic.Results:The calcium content of serum of women with gestational hypertension is significantly lower than that of normal gestation women(P<0.05),but the average blood pressure of artery decreased significantly after patients have taken the calcium tonic(P<0.01).Conclusion:A low calcium content of serum is likely to cause gestational hypertension.
