微创穿刺血肿抽吸引流术联合尿激酶治疗高血压脑出血疗效观察

目的 观察微创穿刺血肿抽吸引流术联合尿激酶治疗高血压脑出血的疗效.方法 选取我科2008-06-2012-12收治的高血压脑出血患者84例,随机分为观察组44例,采取微创穿刺血肿抽吸引流术,配以尿激酶联合治疗;对照组40例采取内科保守治疗.对比2组临床疗效及神经功能缺损改善情况.结果 2组治愈率、总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;观察组患者神经功能缺损改善程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 微创穿刺血肿抽吸引流术联合尿激酶治疗高血压脑出血疗效明显,是较理想的治疗方法.

The curative effect of minimally invasive puncture hematoma aspiration combined with urokinase on hypertensive intracranial hemorrhage

Objective o observe the curative effect of minimally invasive hematoma suction aspiration combined with urokinase on hypertensive intracranial hemorrhage. Methods Eighty-four patients with hypertensive intracranial hemorrhage from June 2008 to December 2012 in our department were randomly divided into two groups, 44 cases of the observation group received minimally invasive hematoma aspiration combined with urokinase; 40 cases of the control group received the conservative treatment of internal medicine. Clinical curative effects and the improvement of neural function defect between 2 groups were compared. Results The difference of the curative rate and total efficiency between two groups was statistically significant （P〈 0.05） ; Improved degree of Neurological function in observation group was significantly better than that of control group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of minimally invasive puncture hematoma suction aspiration combined with urokinase on hypertensive intrcranial hemorrhage is obviously superior to the traditional treatment and is an ideal treatment method.
