摘    要:目的 探讨血清脂蛋白相关性磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)含量与急性脑梗死患者脑损伤程度的相关性.方法 对比32例急性脑梗死患者与20例健康者血清Lp-PLA2含量,并根据神经功能缺失评分及梗死面积分别将急性脑梗死患者分为轻度神经损伤、中度神经损伤和重度神经损伤3个亚组和小面积梗死、中面积梗死及大面积梗死3个亚组.分析血清Lp-PLA2含量与神经功能缺失程度及梗死面积的相关性.结果 急性脑梗死组血清Lp-PLA2含量明显高于健康组(P<0.05).且经单因素方差分析,神经损伤程度亚组和梗死面积亚组,组间血清Lp-PLA2含量差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),且均存在显著相关性(P〈0.05).结论 急性脑梗死患者血清Lp-PLA2水平明显升高,可用于评估患者的神经损伤程度和梗死面积.

Abstract:Objective To explore the correlation between serum lipoprotein associated phospholipase A2 (Lp-PLA2) con- tent and the brain damage in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods Serum Lp-PLA2 content of 32 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction and 20 cases of healthy person were compared, and according to the neural function defect score and infarct size patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into mild, moderate and severe neurological damage sub- groups and into small , moderate and large area of infarction subgroup. The correlation between serum Lp-PLA2 content and degree of nerve function loss and infarction area were analyzed. Results In patients with acute cerebral infarction group serum Lp-PLA2 in patients was significantly higher than in healthy group (P 〈0.05). And by the single factor analysis of variance, serum Lp-PLA2 content had significant difference between each subgroups (P〈0.05), and there were significant correlation (P〈0.05). Conclusion Serum level of Lp-PLA2 in acute cerebral infarction patients increase significantly, and can be used to assess degree of patients neurological damage and the infarction area.
