刺激性护理干预对重型颅脑损伤患者预后及生活质量的影响

目的 探讨刺激性护理干预在重型颅脑损伤患者中的应用效果.方法 将我院60例重型颅脑损伤患者按照护理方法不同分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采用刺激性护理,比较2组的护理效果.结果 观察组的清醒时间显著短于对照组,出院时的Karnofsky预后评分显著高于对照组,并发症显著少于对照组（P＜0.05）.观察组出院时的日常生活能力评分显著高于对照组,家属的护理满意度显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 刺激性护理能促进重型颅脑损伤患者早日苏醒,改善预后,提高生活质量.

The influence of irritating nursing on the prognosis and life quality of severe craniocerebral injury patients

Objective To explore the application effect of Irritating nursing on severe craniocerebral injury pa- tients. Methods sixty cases of severe craniocerebral injury patients were divided into the observation group and the control group according to different nursing methods, the control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was re- ceived irritating nursing based on the control group, then nursing effects were compared between the two groups. Results The awake time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, Karnofsky score of the prognosis at discharge was significantly higher than that in the control group, complications were significantly less than that in the control group （all P〈0. 05）. the bility of daily life scores at discharge in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the family nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Irritating nursing can help severe craniocerebral injury patients to awake as soon as possible, and improve the prognosis and life quality.
