血栓通联合奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑梗死疗效观察

目的 探讨血栓通联合奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效.方法 选取我院2010-01-2013-01收治的脑卒中后抑郁患者76例,全部病例均经头颅CT或MRI扫描确诊,并监测血糖、血小板计数、凝血酶原时间及纤维蛋白原,随机分为治疗组（38例）和对照组（38例）,均在发病6～72 h内给药.对照组在常规治疗上给予复方丹参注射液治疗,观察组在常规治疗上给予血栓通联合奥扎格雷钠治疗.结果治疗14 d后,观察组总有效率94.74%,对照组为71.05%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;治疗后2组神经功能缺损均有明显改善,但治疗后观察组神经功能缺损评分减少优于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 血栓通联合奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑梗死有良好的临床疗效.

Clinical effects of Xueshuantong combined with sodium ozagrel in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction

Objective To explore the clinical effects cerebral infarction. Methods Senventy-six patients with of Xueshuantong combined with ozagrel on treating patients with acute depression after stroke in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2013 were randomly divided into the treatment group （38 cases, treated with the conventional therapy plus Xueshuantong combined with ozagrel） and control group （38 cases, Danshen injection treatment）. All patients were examined by CT or MRI scanning diagnosed, and the blood sugar, blood platelet count, prothrombin time and fibrinogen of patient was detected. Results The total effective rate was 94.74% （observation group） and 71.05% （control group）, which had significant difference; The nerve function defect score of observation group was lower than that of control group. Conclusion Xueshuantong combined with sodium ozagrel has a good effect on the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction.
