幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎与抑郁症关系研究

目的对幽门螺杆菌（np）相关性胃炎与抑郁症的关联性进行探讨，并明确二者之间的关系。方法将2011年12月至2013年3月明确诊断为慢性胃炎伴抑郁症的100例患者分为Hp感染组和非Hp感染组各50例，再将Hp感染组患者随机分为试验组和对照组各25例。对试验组患者进行Hp根除治疗，所有患者进行抗抑郁治疗，并在治疗前、后进行汉密尔顿抑郁量袁（HAMD）评定，比较Hp感染组与非Hp感染组治疗前HAMD评分，试验组和对照组治疗前、后HAMD评分。结果Hp感染组与非感染组治疗前HAMD评分分别为（26．54±5．93）、（17．89±5．64）分，二者比较．差异有统计学意义（t=7．084，P=0．000）；治疗后试验组HAMD评分较对照组明显下降，差异有统计学意义（t=2．899,P=0．005）。结论Hp相关性胃炎与抑郁症相关，抗抑郁治疗可明显改善Hp相关性胃炎患者的病情，对提高Hp相关性胃炎与抑郁症的治愈率、降低患病率、提高患者生存质量、提高社会卫生保健水平均具有重要的现实意义。

Study on the relationship between helicobacter pylori-associated gastritis and depression

Objective To explore the relevance of helicobacter pylori （Hp）-associated gastritis and depression, and to definite relation between Hp-associated gastritis and depression. Methods 100 patients,who were diagnosed as chronic gastritis with depression from December 2011 to March 2013 ,were divided into Hp infection group and non-Hp infection group,50 cases in each group, moreover, the patients in Hp infection group were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 25 cases in each group. The experimental group was with Hp eradication therapy, and all patients with anti-depression treatment. Hamilton depressive scale （HAMD） was adopted for evaluation before and after treatment to compare the HAMD score in Hp in- fection group and non-Hp infection group before treatment, and compare the HAMD score in experimental group and control group before and after treatment. Results HAMD score in Hp infection group and non-Hp infection group was 26.54±5.93 and 17.89±5.64 respectively, the difference between the two groups had statistical significance （t=7.084, P=0.000）. After treatment, the HAMD in experimental group reduced obviously than that in control group with statistically significant difference （t=2.899, P=O.O05 ）. Conclusion Hp-associated gastritis is related with depression, anti-depression therapy can significantly improve the condition of Hp-associated gastritis, and it can improve the cure rate of Hp-associated gastritis with depression, reduce the prevalence rate,im- prove the quality of life of patients, and also has important practical significance for the improvement of social health care level.
