| 摘 要： | 目的探讨遵义汉族人群降钙素受体（CTR）基因C1377T位点多态性分布情况。方法收集109例遵义汉族人群静脉血标本，采用聚合酶链反应一限制性片段长度多态性方法测定CTR基因C1377T位点多态性．分析遵义汉族人群基因型频率和基因频率分布规律。结果C1377T的等位基因频率为C0．934、T0．066。结论CTR基因C1377T位点多态性在遵义汉族人群中的分布具有多态性，与其他地区类似。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the distribution of C1377T polymorphism of calcitonin receptor（CTR） gene of Han population in Zunyi. Methods 109 sample of venous blood of Han population in Zunyi were collected, and the polymerase chain reaction （PCR）-restriction fragment length polymorphism （RFLP） was adopted to determine the C 1377T polymorphism of CTR to analyze the distribution characteristics of genotype frequency and gene frequency of Han population in Zunyi. Results The allele frequency of the C1377T was C0.934 and T 0.066. Conclusion C1377T polymorphisms of CTR gene among Han population in Zunyi area are similar to the other areas. |
