| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨肺炎性假瘤的CT表现,提高CT诊断正确率.方法 回顾性分析20例经病理证实的肺炎性假瘤CT表现.结果 肺炎性假瘤较典型的CT表现有：平直征、桃尖征、空泡征、支气管充气征、外周分布;肺炎性假瘤易误诊为肺癌.结论 全面分析CT征象能提高肺炎性假瘤的诊断正确率,减少误诊.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the CT features of pulmonary inflammatory pseudotumor and to improve its CT diagnosis. Methods CT findings and diagnosis of the 20 cases with pulmonary inflammatory pseu- dotumor provedby pathology were studied retrospectively. Results The main findings of pulmonary inflammatory pseudotumor were as following： lateral margins perpendicular to pleura with a straight cut edge, local protuberance just like the top of peach, vacuole, air bronchogram. Pulmonary inflammatory pseudotumor was easily misdiagnosed as lung cancer. Conclusion It is possible to improve diagnostic accuracy and reduce misdiagnosis by analyzing all CT findings of pulmonary inflammatory pseudotumor. |
