| 摘 要： | 目的探讨彩超引导下微波热凝固治疗肝脏血管瘤的临床疗效。方法对22例肝血管瘤患者共27个病灶采用微波热凝固消融术,治疗后3个月、1年后,用超声造影复查评估疗效。结果所有病灶均不同程度失活,缓解率为100％,24个病灶完全失活,完全缓解率为88．9％。结论微波热凝固消融术治疗肝血管瘤具有微创、疗效高、安全、简单的优点,适合推广运用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the curative effects of color ultrasound-guided percutaneous microwave coagulation therapy(PMCT)on hepatic hemangioma(HCH).Methods There were 22 patients with HCH(27 focuses)received the color ultrasound-guided PMCT.Three months and 1 year after the treatment,they received re-examination by ultrasonic visualization,and the curative effects were evaluated.Results All focuses were inactivated in various degrees.The remission rate was 100%.Twenty four focuses were completely inactivated,and the complete remission rate was 88.9%.Conclusion Color ultrasound-guided PMCT on HCM is minimally invasive,safe and simple with high curative effects,which is worthwhile promoting. |
