激光治疗黄褐斑的安全性与有效性分析

目的 研究Q开关1064 nm激光治疗黄褐斑的安全性与有效性.方法 临床入选67例脸部黄褐斑患者,均采用大光斑低能量调Q开关Nd:YAG 1064 nm激光治疗,治疗1次/w,疗程为10 ～ 20 w,治疗后分析该治疗方法的安全性与有效性.结果 皮损区域治疗后的皮肤点黑色素指数较治疗前明显降低(P＜0.05),而颈部正常皮肤的皮肤点黑色素指数在治疗前后无统计学差异(P＞0.05)；皮损区域治疗后的经皮肤水分丢失量较治疗前明显增高(P＜0.05),而颈部正常皮肤的经皮肤水分丢失量在治疗前后无统计学差异(P＞0.05)；对于最后疗效,医师评价的总有效率为92.54％,患者的总满意度为86.57％.在治疗过程中,有15例(22.39％)患者出现了轻微的皮肤烧灼感、紧缩感及干燥感等不良反应.结论 大光斑低能量调Q开关Nd:YAG 1064 nm激光治疗黄褐斑安全有效.

Safety and efficacy of laser therapy of chloasma

Objective To investigate the safety and efficacy of Q switch 1,064 nm laser in the treatment of chloasma.Methods Sixty seven patients with chloasma were selected to receive the treatment by great spot low energy Q switch Nd:YAG 1,064 nm laser once a week for 10-20 w.After the treatment,the safety and efficacy of this method were analyzed.Results Compared with the melanin index before the treatment,that of the skin in the lesion areas significantly decreased(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between this index in the normal cervical skin before and after the treatment(P>0.05).The transepidermal water loss of the lesion areas significantly increased after the treatment,but there was no significantly difference between in the normal cervical skin before and after the treatment(P>0.05).The total effective rate evaluated by the physicians was 92.54%,and the total satisfaction of the patients was 86.57%.During the treatment,adverse reactions occurred in 15 cases(22.39%),such as mild burning sensation of the skin,tightness,and dry sensation,etc.Conclusion Great spot low energy Q switch Nd:YAG 1,064 nm laser is safe and effective for the treatment of chloasma.
