摘    要:
基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)是降解细胞外基质最重要的酶类。动脉粥样硬化(AS)的形成是细胞外基质重构的过程,MMPs贯穿于AS发生、发展的全过程。近年来,人们对MMPs与急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)的发生、发展进行了广泛深入的研究,大量证据表明,MMPs与AS斑块破裂、ACS的发生密切相关,起到了关键性作用。本文综述了MMPs与AS斑块破裂的研究进展。

Abstract:
Matrix Metalloproteinases(MMPs)are the most important proteinase to degrade components of the extracellular matrix.MMPs has been demonstrated to be involved in the occurrence and development of atherosclerosis,the form of which is a process of the extracellular matrix remodeling.Many investigations have been made about the relationship of MMPs and ACS recently.The results showed MMPs play a key role in atherosclerotic plaque rupture resulting in ACS.This article reviewed the advancement in relationship betw...
