美托洛尔预防气管内插管应激反应的临床研究

摘    要:目的:观察美托洛尔在全麻诱导中的效果。方法:选择ASAⅠ~Ⅱ级患者共46例,男29例,女17例,在全麻诱导前经输液器滴入美托洛尔,之后麻醉诱导行气管内插管。观察给药前后,插管后心率、血压、平均动脉压、心率收缩压乘积﹙RPP﹚变化。结果:美托洛尔进入循环30s后心率明显减慢,2min后即显著下降,但血压稳定。结论:美托洛尔可用于预防全麻诱导时气管插管应激反应。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of Metoprolol in induction of general anesthesia.Methods:Selected 46 patients of ASAⅠ-Ⅱ,29 males,17 females,and dropped Metoprolol in through infusion apparatuses before endotrachael intubation was carried out by means of induction of general anesthesia.Before and after medication,observed the changes of their heart rate,blood pressure,mean arterial blood pressure,heart rate-systolic blood pressure product(RPP) after intubation.Results:Their heart rate slowed down obviously 30 seconds after Metoprolol goes into the circulatory system,and it dropped notably 2 minutes later,but the blood pressure was stable.Conclusion:Metoprolol can be used for preventing the stress of endotrachael intubation in induction of general anesthesia.
