| 摘 要： | 作者针对目前《医疗事故处理条例》实施中行政处理与监督中存在的问题与困难进行了分析,并从加强相关法律培训、加强医疗安全监督管理和行政处罚、深化医疗机构行风建设和内部自律及建议出台《医疗事故处理条例实施办法(或细则)》方面提出了几点对策。
