| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨白介素-8（IL-8）、白介素25-（IL-25）与支气管哮喘（哮喘）急性发作期及缓解期的关系.方法 采用酶联免疫法（EIASA）检测62例不同分期哮喘患者（缓解期28例、急性发作期34例）血清IL-8,IL-25 的水平,同时观察健康对照组26例.结果 哮喘急性发作组血清IL-8,IL-25含量明显升高,分别与缓解组及正常对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,急性发作组血清IL-8,IL-25较缓解组升高,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 IL-8,IL-25参与哮喘的气道炎症反应,而且哮喘缓解期患者的气道炎症反应仍然存在.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the change of IL-8 and 1L-25 level in blood serum of asthma patients with different severities. Methods Sixty two asthma patients were enrolled,including 34 cases in acute attack stage and 28 in remission. Twenty-six people were chosen as the control group. The concentration of serum IL-8 and IL-25 were measured by Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay （ ELISA ）. Resuits The 1L-8 and IL-25 in acute attack group and stable group had a higher expression level than in normal group,furthermore,the level of IL-8 and IL-25 in acute attack group was obviously higher than those in stable asthma group. Conclusion There were significant elevations of IL-8 and IL-25 in serum of asthma patients. The results suggested that IL-8 and IL-25 played an important role in different periods of asthma. |
