Cx43在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及意义

目的 探讨非小细胞肺癌组织及癌旁正常肺组织中Cx43蛋白及mRNA的表达及意义.方法 应用免疫组织化学、Western blot和原位分子杂交观察48例非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）及22例癌旁正常肺组织中Cx43蛋白及mRNA的表达.结果 ①癌旁正常肺组织和NSCLC组织中Cx43蛋白阳性表达率分别为90.91%和47.92%;Cx43mRNA的阳性表达率分另别为95.45%和60.42%.NSCLC组织中Cx43蛋白及mRNA阳性表达率均低于正常肺组织（P均＜0.05）.②有淋巴结转移组Cx43蛋白及mRNA阳性表达率分别为16.00%和20.00%;无淋巴结转移组两者的阳性表达率分别为69.57%和78.26%.两两比较差异均有统计学意义（P均＜0.05）.③Western blot显示NSCLC组织中Cx43的蛋白表达水平低于正常肺组织,有转移组中Cx43的蛋白表达水平低于无转移组,各组比较差异均有统计学意义,P均＜0.05.结论 Cx43蛋白和mRNA低表达与非小细胞肺癌发生和转移有关.

Expression and Significance of Cx43 in Human Non-Small Cell Lung Carcinoma

Objective To observe the expression and significance of Connexin43 in human non-small cell lung carcinoma（NSCLC）. Methods Immunohistochemistry,western blot and in situ hybridization were used to detect Cx43 expression in 48 cases of NSCLC and 22 cases of normal lung tissues. Results The positive expression rates of Cx43 protein and mRNA were 90.91% and 95.45% in normal tissue, while in NSCLC tissue were 47.92% and 60. 42%. The positive expression rates of Cx43 protein and mRNA in NSCLC tissue were lower than tin）se in normal tissue （ P 〈 0.05 ） ,and in metastatic group were lower than those in non-metastatic group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The expression of Cx43 is related to development and metastasis of human non-small cell lung carcinoma.
