人类微小病毒B19感染与胸水征关系的探讨

目的：了解人类微小病毒B16(B19V)感染与胸水征的关系。方法：采集胸水为检测标本,应用聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术检测B19V。结果：由恶性胸水组、结核性胸水组、漏出液胸水组、其他胸水组构成研究对象,各组胸水标本中均有一定的B19V阳性发现,B19V的检出率其他组(22．0％)＞恶性组(11．6％)＞漏出组(9．8％)＞结核组(7．0％)。结论：各种胸水征时均可以存在B19V感染,此B19V感染可能是导致或加重胸水征的重要因素。

DETECTION OF HUMAN PARVOVIRUS B19 IN THE PATIENTS WITH DROPSY OF CHEST

Objective:To understand the relationship between human parvovirus B19(B19V)infection and dropsy of chest.Methods:The study objects consist of malignant dropsy group,tuberculous dropsy group,tansudatory dropsy group and other dropsy group.The detected specimens were dropsy of chest.B19V was detected by polymerase chain reaction(PCR).Results:There were positive results of B19V in all study groups.The positive rates of other dropsy group,malignant dropsy group,tansudatory dropsy group,and tuberculous dropsy group were 22.0%,11.6%,9.8%,and 7.0%respectively.Conclusions:The positive results of B19V are detected in diversified dropsy of chest.Infection of B19V can be the important factors to conduce or aggravate dropsy of chest.
