超声刀在乳腺癌手术腋窝淋巴结清扫中的应用效果

目的:探讨超声刀在乳腺癌手术腋窝淋巴结清扫中的应用效果。方法:回顾分析我院自2005年1月～2011年1月行乳腺癌改良根治手术患者64例,在腋窝淋巴结清扫中采用超声刀组28例与采用电刀组36例的比较。结果:应用超声刀组在手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流时间及术后腋窝皮下积液方面均有明显优势。结论:在乳腺癌腋窝脂肪淋巴组织清扫中应用超声刀能明显缩少手术时间,减少术中出血量,减少术后引流天数,减少术后皮下积液。

The Application of the Effect of Harmonic Scalpel in Breast Cancer Surgery, Axillary Lymph Node Dissection

Objective:To investigate the effect of the ultrasonic scalpel applied in axillary lymph node dissection in breast cancer surgery.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 64 patients in our hospital from breast modified radical surgery from January 2005 to January 2011,the axillary lymph node dissection in 28 cases using the ultrasonic scalpel and electric knife using a comparison group of 36 cases.Results:The ultrasonic scalpel group there are obvious advantages in operative time,blood loss,postoperative drainage time and postoperative axillary seroma aspects.Conclusion:The ultrasonic scalpel is worth urging widely in axillary lymph node dissection in breast cancer can significantly reduce less operative time,less blood loss,postoperative drainage to reduce the number of days to reduce postoperative subcutaneous fluid.
