临床护理路径在脑梗死病人中的应用

目的观察临床护理路径在脑梗死患者护理中的应用效果。方法采用随机抽样法将72例脑梗死患者分成两组,每组36例。观察组采用预先制定的临床护理路径进行护理,对照组采用传统模式进行护理,比较两组患者的住院天数、医疗费用、病人的满意度和偏瘫肢体的恢复情况。结果观察组病人住院时间缩短,医疗费用降低,病人的满意度提高,偏瘫肢体恢复例数增多。结论临床护理路径在脑梗死患者中的应用,可提高工作效率和病人的满意度,可控制医疗成本和保证护理质量。

Clinical nursing path in patien ts with cerebra 1 infarction

Objective：To observe the effects of clinical nursing path on patientswith cerebral infarction. Methods： 72 cases with cerebral infarction were divided into two group s randomly. The control group received traditional health education, while the observation group adopt clinical nursing path. The patients＇s hospital day,medical cost,satisfaction degrec and recover condition of hemiplegic paralysis limbs were compared between the two groups. Results： Shorter patients hospital day,lower medical cost, high satisfaction degree and more cases of recover hemiplegic paralysis limbs in the observation group was better than in the control group （P〈 0.01）. Conclusions： The clinical nursing path effective in the patients with cerebral infarction. It can help us to improve the efficiency, enhance patients＇s satisfaction ,control medical cost and ensure nursing quality.
