| 摘 要： | 目的制备1-甲基-1,2,3,4-四氢异喹啉。方法以苯乙胺为原料,经酰化反应得乙酰苯乙胺,在多聚磷酸的作用下环合得1-甲基-3,4-二氢异喹啉,经硼氢化钠还原得1-甲基-1,2,3,4-四氢异喹啉。结果反应总收率80%,比文献收率提高了10%,产物结构由1H-NMR光谱确证。结论经酰化、环合、还原三步反应制备1-甲基-1,2,3,4-四氢异喹啉的方法简单,原料便宜,处理容易,副产物较少。

| Abstract: | Objective To prepare 1-methyl1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinoline and simplify the synthetic method.Methods 1-Methyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinoline was synthesized from phenethylamine through three steps:acetylation with acetyl chloride,cyclization with PPA and reduction with potassium borohydride.Results The structure of 1-methyl -1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinoline was identified by 1H-NMR spectroscopy.Conclusions The method of preparation is much easier to perform and work up with cheaper starting material and fewer by-products. |
