0.05%他扎罗汀凝胶治疗寻常性痤疮的疗效及安全性评价

目的:观察0.05%他扎罗汀凝胶治疗各级寻常性痤疮的疗效及安全性.方法:治疗组58例外用0.05%他扎罗汀凝胶,每晚1次;对照组40例予以罗红霉素每日口服0.3 g,并每日3次外用氯柳酊,连续用药8周,对治疗前及治疗2、4、8周进行疗效评定.结果:治疗组有效率为82.8%,对照组为52.5%;治疗组2、4、8周有效率分别为1.7%、25.9%、82.8%,经比较差异均有显著性.结论:0.05%他扎罗汀凝胶治疗痤疮,疗效确切,安全可靠.

Curative Effect and Safety Evaluation of 0.05 % Taiarotene in Treating Ordinary Acne Vulgaris

Objective:To observe the efficiency and safety of 0.05% taiarotene to treat different types of ordinary acne vulgaris.Methods:Treating group of 58 cases use taiarotene externally once every evening while control group take 0.3 Roxithromycin orally everyday plus external tincture three times a day,and medication lasts eight weeks.Curative effect has been tested before the treatment,at the end of two weeks,four weeks and eight weeks as well.Results: The effective power of treating group is 82.8% while that of control group is 52.5%;treating group effective powers are 1.7%,25.9%,82.8% at the end of two weeks,four weeks and eight weeks,being of great significance.Conclusion:0.05 taiarotene is of certain effects and reliable safety in treating acne vulgaris.
