| 腰椎假性滑脱的平片和CT影像对比研究 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的：评价平片和ＣＴ对腰椎假性滑脱的诊断价值。方法：作者总结分析了我院１９９２－０７～１９９６－１０因腰腿痛进行Ｘ线检查的病例共５３１６例。并分为３组：Ａ组、单纯平片检查３４７２例，Ｂ组、ＣＴ检查１７８２例，Ｃ组、平片加ＣＴ检查６２例。结果：结果表明平片是诊断腰椎假性滑脱最简单而有效的方法。结论：腰椎平片能直观的显示腰椎假性滑脱，尤其对假性滑脱发生的部位及形态类型的显示明显优于ＣＴ。而ＣＴ的优势在于能清楚地表现椎间盘、硬膜囊、关节突和椎管内外结构的变化。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the value of X-ray plain film and CT diagnosis of pseudo lumbar vertebra spondylolisthesis(PLVS).Methods:From july 1992 to september 1996,the plain films or CT scans of 5316 cases with lumbocrural pain were reviewed and analysed.According to different examinational methods,the patients were divided into three groups:group A( 3472 cases),plain film alone;group B(1782 cases),CT scan;group C(62 cases),both plain film and CT scans.Results:The plain film was an effective and easy method for diagnosis of PLVS.Conclusion:The plain film of the lumbar spine can directly demonstrate PLVS,and is superior to CT,in showing the position and the morphologic appearances of the spondylolisthesis.The advantages of CT scan are that the changes of intervertebral disc,dural sca,articular process and spinal canal,can be showed clearly. |
