| 摘 要： | 社会主义主市场经济体制决定；了医疗市场竞争的必然性，借鉴国外医疗市场先进的竞争机制，加速我国医疗市场的合理开发和利用，为此，必须进一步深化人事制度改革，建立健全多元化补偿机制，优化区域卫生资源配置，重视医院综合素质的提高，以适应未来医疗市场竞争的需要。

| Abstract: | The socialist market economy determines the inevitable competition in the medical treatment market.To speed up the development and exploitation of our medical market,we should refer to foreign advanced competitive medical systems to further deepen the reform of the personnel system,establish and better the multicompensating system,streamline regional medical resources and emphasize the elevation of the comprehensive competence of hospitals in order to meet the future competition in the medical market. |
