| 摘 要： | 胰腺囊性肿瘤在胰腺肿瘤中所占比例较低,其中极少数为恶性。其性质临床上很难确定。根据临床特点及预后,可将其分为胰腺浆液性囊腺瘤和胰腺黏液性囊腺瘤两类。该文对此两类胰腺肿瘤的临床特点进行综述,并指出常规行胰腺B超和CT检查是早期发现胰腺囊性肿瘤的最有效方法,在提高诊断正确率的基础上,积极手术治疗,多数患者可获得长期生存。

| Abstract: | Pancreatic cystic tumor is very rare in clinical practice. Very few cases are malignant among them. The characteristics of the diseases are not well established. Mucinous cystadenoma and mucinous cystadenocarcinoma are two common kinds among the pancreatic cystic tumors. This review is to summarize the clinical characteristics of the two kinds of pancreatic cystic tumors and point out that pancreatic B-uhrasound and CT scan arc two effective methods in the early diagnosis of pancreatic cystic tumor and active radical surgical resection may get longer survival. |
