| 摘 要： | 目的探讨新生儿听力筛查的意义及寻求早期干预和治疗的措施。方法回顾性分析我院产科近年出生的926例全部存活新生儿听力筛查资料。结果 926例全部存活新生儿于出生后第1～5天经过听力的初筛,通过783例,占84.56%;复筛未通过30例,最后确诊5例新生儿均为听力障碍,总发病率为5.4‰。结论及早对新生儿进行听力筛查有助于及早发现听力损失,及早采取干预和治疗措施,提高新生儿的听力健康水平。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the significance of newborn hearing screening and seck early intervention and treatment measures.Methods 926 cases of survival of newborn hearing screening data were reviewed in recent years.Results 1 to 5 days after birth,the 783 cases（84.56%）were normal by first screening test.The 30 cases weren＇t normal by second screening test 5（5.4 ‰）cases were finally diagnosed as hearing impairment.Conclusion It is helpful to hearing screening on newborn as early as possible for detection,intervention and treatment of hearing loss. |
